To ensure a consistent, transparent offer for our clients, we have defined two categories of tutors:

Qualified Teachers

For those with a formal teaching diploma or equivalent certification. Your professional training, classroom experience, and curriculum knowledge are highly valued and matched accordingly with suitable teaching opportunities.

Vetted Tutors

Designed for those with strong subject expertise or relevant experience (e.g., university students, tutors, or professionals). This category is ideal for academic support, language practice, or skills-based learning outside a traditional classroom.

From short and long term classroom cover to leading exam prep sessions, or offering one-on-one support, our network of qualified teachers and vetted tutors are ready to step in wherever your school needs them most.

1. Short-Term Supply/Cover Teaching

Ideal for replacing teachers for sickness, leave, or last-minute absences.

Half-Day (up to 4 hours): 96€
Full Day (up to 8 hours): 160€
Weekly Rate (5 full days): €760
Emergency Booking (under 24h notice): +15% surcharge

2.Long Term cover & Staffing (2+ weeks)

For maternity leave, sabbaticals, or open vacancies.

Per Week (full-time): €560–€720
Monthly Placement Fee (for internal hire): €1,200–€2,000
Trial period before hire (optional): Pay-as-you-go daily rate

3. Exam Preparation Tutoring (IGCSE, IB, A-Level, etc.)

Qualified Teachers –This rate applies to educators who hold a formal teaching diploma or equivalent certification. Your professional training, classroom experience, and curriculum knowledge ensure high-quality instruction, and we value that expertise accordingly.

Vetted Tutors –If you don’t hold an official teaching diploma but have strong subject knowledge or relevant experience (e.g., as a tutor, university student, or industry professional), you’ll be placed under this category. These roles are ideal for academic support, conversational practice, or specialised skills-based learning.

Small Group (up to 4 students): €56–€80/hour
One-on-One Tutoring (on-site or hybrid): €40–€60/hour
10-Session Exam Package (per subject): from €360
