Our founders

In Lisbon, we recognised a significant gap: private international schools often struggle to find organised, local support for supply cover, additional hires (short- and long-term), and teacher training. This inspired us us create Lisbon’s first dedicated teaching agency—a service designed to bridge these gaps and provide schools with trusted solutions.
In addition to supporting schools, we’re building a platform for parents seeking private tutors. This platform will make it easy to find highly qualified tutors from recognised schools who are conveniently located nearby. Whether it’s academic reinforcement, language learning, or specialised support, we aim to connect families with educators who fit their unique needs, offering both convenience and peace of mind.

I’m Marie Trivino, co-founder and CEO @ConnecTee. After 15 years working in the service industry across London, Paris, and now Lisbon, I’ve developed a deep connection with the teaching world and a keen understanding of its challenges. My expertise sits in developing the right services for our audiences and I am delighted for the opportunity to have a positive impact on our local communities.

I’m Giulia Tempestini, co-founder and COO @ConnecTee. My background is in strategy and operations, and after years working across international markets, I wanted to focus on something that really matters. As a parent, I know how vital the right support in education is to help children thrive. At ConnecTee, I lead our operations and partnerships, proud to be building something that can make a real difference for schools, families, and our children’s future.

I’m Anthony Lee, tutor and mentor @ConnecTee. With over a decade of experience supporting students through UK school and university admissions, I’ve had the privilege of helping young people succeed at some of the UK’s most prestigious institutions. My background spans teaching in London and Hong Kong, as well as curriculum development and special education support. I joined ConnecTee because I value their commitment to high-quality teaching and their clear mission to support every student’s potential through trusted, local expertise.

I am Elodie Ebersveiller, educational consultant @ConnecTee. With over ten years’ experience in education, I am incredibly passionate about every child achieving their full potential. I have worked as a primary teacher and phase leader in London and Lisbon before joining the Senior Leadership team at the British School of Lisbon. Before training as a teacher, I worked as a manager for tuition centres across London, providing tailored support to children aged 5 to 14. I am very pleased to be able to support ConnecTee’s mission. I believe that their focus on recruiting high-quality local teachers and tutors will help tackle the staffing challenges faced by international schools and support individual students.
