1. Short-Term Supply/Cover Teaching
Ideal for replacing teachers for sickness, leave, or last-minute absences.
- Half-Day (up to 4 hours): 120€
- Full Day (up to 8 hours): 200€
- Weekly Rate (5 full days): 950€
- Emergency Booking (under 24h notice): +15% surcharge
- Admin/coordination fee: Included
Includes: Qualified and vetted teacher, scheduling, invoicing, teacher onboarding support
2.Long Term cover & Staffing (2+ weeks)
For maternity leave, sabbaticals, or open vacancies.
- Per Week (full-time): €700–€900
- Monthly Placement Fee (for internal hire): €1,500–€2,500
- Trial period before hire (optional): Pay-as-you-go daily rate
Includes: Ongoing teacher support, performance check-ins, replacement guarantee (within 2 weeks)
3. Exam Preparation Tutoring (IGCSE, IB, A-Level, etc.)
At ConnecTee, we offer two categories of educators to meet a range of academic support needs. Both are carefully selected and vetted, and each brings unique value depending on your school’s requirements.
Qualified Teachers –These are fully certified professionals who hold formal teaching diplomas or equivalent qualifications. They bring classroom experience, in-depth curriculum knowledge, and proven teaching skills - making them ideal for high-stakes exam preparation or full-subject delivery.
Vetted Tutors –These are subject experts, experienced tutors, or industry professionals who may not hold a formal teaching qualification but have demonstrated strong subject mastery and teaching ability. They’re well-suited for reinforcement, conversational practice, or targeted skills-based learning.

- Small Group (up to 4 students): €70–€100/hour
- One-on-One Tutoring (on-site or hybrid): €50–€75/hour
- 10-Session Exam Package (per subject): from €450
